My name is Marla Schneider, a resident of the North Shore for over 26 years and a licensed professional Realtor for eighteen years. 

I am a member of the North Shore Board of Realtors and have successfully completed The Relocation Management’s Broker’s Certification Program and attend several top producer and advanced seminars yearly. I have completed the prestigious CRS and ABR programs and am a President’s Premier Realtor, the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents. I make it a part of my agenda to attend these seminars in order to keep abreast of all the latest marketing strategies so that I may provide my clients with the most advanced technology and marketing programs available in the business. It is for this reason I believe I have one of the finest networking systems in the country. 

This may appear to be a bold statement to make, but the facts speak for themselves. I have been a Top Producer in the COLDWELL BANKER Glenview Real Estate office thirteen years in succession, top listing agent, historical volume record setter, member of The Chairman’s Circle, President’s Circle and The President’s Premier Club. I have participated in over 500 million dollars of real estate transactions, the majority of which have occurred in the last eight years. 2003 sales included 85 transactions equaling 47.5 million dollars!!! 2004 was a record year of 55 million dollars & 85 transactions!!!! We had an incredible year in 2005, with 68 million dollars & 89 transactions!!! In 2006 we had 59 million dollars & 74 transactions!!! Most recently, in 2007 we had 45 million dollars and 73 transactions!!! 

My success has not been by accident or good fortune. I am a tireless worker who measures success not in dollars earned, but rather in respect from my clients and colleagues. It is essential for me to know that my clients are happy and that home buying or selling can actually be a pleasant experience. I understand that a person’s home is one of their most prized possessions and I feel fortunate to be able to represent that concept to buyers and sellers alike. I love my profession and feel quite fortunate to have found what I consider to be my niche in life.
