My name is Marla Schneider, a resident of the North Shore for over 30 years and a licensed professional Realtor for over twenty-three years. I am the rainmaker and founder of The Marla Schneider Team, Coldwell Banker’s Top Producing Real Estate Sales Team on Chicago’s North Shore and North Suburbs. This may appear to be a bold statement to make, but the facts speak for themselves. I have been a Top Producer in the Coldwell Banker Glenview office fifteen years in succession, top listing agent, historical volume record setter, member of The Chairman’s Circle, The President’s Circle, and The President’s Premier Club. I love my profession and feel quite fortunate to have found what I consider to be my niche in life.

You may not realize, a realtor needs to be the “Jack of all Trades” to be successful in this business. I cannot possibly be out showing homes to buyers, while marketing my sellers listings, or negotiating contracts, all at the same time. The responsibilities of a realtor goes on and on. I have expanded my ability to assist buyers and sellers by putting in place a team that specializes in each aspect of the business. Meet my team of specialist: 

Matthew Schneider, Buyers Broker and Listing Specialist – Matthew has grown up in the real estate business. Licensed since his sophomore year in college, he is very experienced in all aspects of the business: buying, selling, distressed property, marketing. With a bachelors degree in finance, Matthew has utilized his financial background to assist clients with their most important investment, buying or selling a home. Considering his financial background and his knowledge of technology, he is an asset to the team and our clients. In order to further his quest for success in the industry, he is in the process of completing a Masters Degree in Real Estate at DePaul University. 

Faith Gleeson, Director of Client Services – A licensed realtor with over 17 years of marketing experience, Faith has the skills needed to make your move a smooth experience. She is available in the office to assist with every aspect of your transaction.  

Jennifer Manning, Marketing – A licensed and experienced broker with Coldwell Banker, Jennifer is responsible for managing listings on HomesofGlenview.com and other internet advertising, as well as general marketing.

Nationwide surveys indicate that a large number of potential home buyers count themselves out of the market because of widely-held myths about home financing.
